Squirrel Hill Health Center

Established in 2006, the Squirrel Hill Health Center is a non-profit primary health care center based in Pittsburgh, PA. SHHC strives to provide high quality primary medical, behavioral health and dental care to everyone in our community, regardless of their income level or insurance status, and with a special concern for their religious beliefs, ethnicity, culture, language, age, gender and disability status. Our multi-lingual staff provides affordable health care services to patients of all ages including: primary and preventive medical care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, internal medicine, geriatrics, home visits, mental and behavioral health services, care coordination and dental care. We have on-site lab services and provide access to low cost medications. In addition to our locations in Squirrel Hill and Brentwood, PA, SHHC's mobile medical unit brings care to some of the most isolated members of our community. Discounts are available for income eligible uninsured patients and patients under 100% of the federal poverty level receive care for a nominal charge . In addition, all types of insurance coverage are accepted, including Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurance.
