    ArtWorks is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that offers visual literacy programs to underserved public schools throughout NYC’s five boroughs. Students learn critical thinking skills as they look at diverse visual art from antiquity to today. Our volunteers lead classroom workshops that culminate in a guided visit to either The Met Museum or the Brooklyn Museum. ArtWorks is free of charge to NYC public elementary schools.
