  • About Us

The Museo Alameda explores the Latino experience in America through a multitude of artistic genres, intended to foster contemplation, deliberation, and understanding of America's cultural fabric. It ensures that the story of the Latino experience in America is told, understood and advanced in partnership with our nation's museum, the Smithsonian Institution. Under the umbrella of the Centro Alameda Inc., The Museo Alameda along with the Alameda Theatre host programs that foster an appreciation of contributions by Latinos to art, history and culture in America through innovative, intergenerational learning programs.
