    P2P connects U.S. citizens to people in Iran, El Salvador, and Palestine for friendships and professional relationships to generate understanding, solidarity, and activism for better U.S. policies.

    About Us

    We started as a private project in 2019 and gained nonprofit status with a fiscal sponsor in 2021. Past programs have included production of a video wishing the people of Iran well during COVID-19 and a John Carroll University-based virtual immersion with the Christians for Peace in El Salvador (CRISPAZ) organization. We are currently working on a virtual university classroom exchange with an Iranian university, putting together a video about how sanctions are impacting ordinary Iranians, and supporting Sabeel and Youth Against Settlements (Kumi) in Palestine. We are also working on preparing our research on the attitudinal impact of the El Salvador immersion for presentation at a political science conference.
