    About Us

    Founded in 1969 and located in the heart of the Fruitvale District of Oakland, Centro Legal is the ONLY fully bilingual legal service provider in the East Bay equipped to provide a range of linguistically and culturally competent legal and advocacy services to the low-income, Spanish-speaking, immigrant community. Guided by a vision to empower community members for the creation a fair and just society, Centro Legalâ  s core programs include Tenant Rights, Worker Advocacy, Student and Parent Rights, Consumer Protection and Immigration.
