    About Us

The Production Farm began with a belief; healing doesn’t have to happen in an office. It can start in a garden; on a walk; during a shared laugh; or while creating something together.

We started in New York City, inspired by a group of artists and creatives who saw the power of play and connection. In 2014, Wyatt Kuether brought that vision back to Wisconsin. By 2016, we had grown into a 10-acre farm in Manitowoc County; a space built for healing, creativity, and care.

Today, The Production Farm is a nonprofit mental and behavioral health organization serving youth, families, and communities across northeast Wisconsin. Our programs are grounded in brain science and the idea that relationships, trust, and playful learning are key to helping people grow. We call it Play; Connect; Grow.

Play builds confidence and makes healing feel natural. Connection creates the safety and relationships that make real change possible. Growth comes when people feel supported and empowered to move forward.

We provide trauma-informed care that meets people where they are; on the farm, in schools, at home, and out in the community. We offer therapy, skill-building, group work, and sensory-based services. We collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to create real impact that lasts.

Our team is made up of clinicians, therapists, interns, artists, and care professionals who show up every day with heart, creativity, and a deep respect for each person’s story.

We don’t do things the traditional way; and we’re proud of that. We’re here to reimagine what mental health care can look like; personal, flexible, rooted in joy and connection.

If you believe in meeting people with compassion and building community through care, we’d love to connect.
