Girls With Impact Inc.

Girls With Impact addresses the pressing need to significantly increase the number of women from diverse backgrounds and communities in leadership positions. We focus our attention on making the next generation of women to enter the workforce the ones who will drive change and help to achieve equitable pay and power for women in the workplace.

The mission of the organization is to equip teen girls with business and leadership skills that will allow them to become future leaders of organizations or business owners. Alongside the skills, knowledge and confidence gained through the program they also benefit from a huge leg-up towards their career and college success.  At the core of the Girls With Impact program is the idea of an ‘Impact Project’ – a venture that aligns their interests and passions with a business idea or a community focused project.

The goal of Girls With Impact is to ultimately reach 10,000 teen girls, putting them through our 12-class academy and positively effecting change in the future of work from a gender equity standpoint.
