Mission Statement The mission statement of the SMWEF organization is to partner and collaborate with local and international communities to establish and empower our communities to develop from their own selves or within based on self-determination needs and developmental agendas. We are focused on empowering children and youth, particularly the less privileged so that they can become agents of proactive change within their local communities and beyond. We remain honest, transparent, accountability, humanitarian, respect and discipline as our core values. SMWEF Ghana with the aim of creating affordable, meaningful volunteering placements that enables people from all over the world and travel budgets to come and lend a hand in the country especially rural communities that we fell in love with.
