SPEAK Mentorship

  • About Us

SPEAK Mentorship develops the social and cultural capital of girls to become leaders in the workforce. We envision a world where we have diversity in the workforce across all sectors as a result of equipping this generation with the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to excel in their chosen career pathways.

Our primary approach to developing high school girls of immigrant backgrounds is through our Foundational Mentoring Program, that serves high school girls from the months of October to June. We introduce them with multiple career professionals who serve as mentors, and provide them with the social and cultural capital to make them more competitive candidates for more selective colleges and help them understand which career pathway is best for them.
