Mass Deportation Defense

Mass Deportation Defense is a nonprofit dedicated to providing legal services to immigrant families facing detention and deportation. We're often the first call when a loved one disappears into custody, and we move fast — providing emergency intake and providing free or low-cost legal help to the people who need it. Led by a Supreme Court-winning attorney, we have successfully advocated for policy change at the highest levels of government. Justice belongs here.

From the first call, our team works alongside detained people and their families, moving quickly to gather the facts, build the case record, and put a strong defense in place.

We believe everyone facing deportation deserves a real chance to be heard, regardless of their ability to pay. That's why our legal help is free or low-cost, and why we treat every family with both urgency and dignity.
