3C Data Alliance

The 3C Data Alliance (3C-https://www.dreamyard.com/3c-data-alliance) seeks to revolutionize data management in Creative Youth Development (CYD) organizations. The 3C Data Alliance project goals include: (1) design a powerful, user-friendly data management system, (2) deliver a system for CYD organizations that improves contact and program management, (3) engage young people in the design, use, and ownership of data systems to elevate youth voice, (4) provide an equitable model for collecting and analyzing data, and (5) build a national network of Creative Youth Development organizations to foster an equitable, youth-centered data community.

The 3C Data Alliance uses a collaborative structure organized by a Steering Committee, a National Advisory Group, and DreamYard, a Bronx-based CYD organization acting as the lead partner and fiscal sponsor for the project. Currently there are 8 Creative Youth Development organizations from across the country in the Alliance, with plans to add an additional 8-10 organizations in 2026 and 2027. The Alliance's work is funded by the Wallace Foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies' Digital Accelerator Project and others.
