The Donors of Color Network is the first-ever cross-racial community of high net wealth donors and movement leaders committed to building the collective power of people of color to achieve racial equity.

We work across race, national origin, and intersections of gender, sexual orientation, religion, and ability to achieve racial and gender equity, economic opportunity, environmental sustainability and political power to transform social institutions to be more reflective and accountable to communities of color.

Our mission is to build systemic racial equity to be more reflective and accountable to communities of color.

Joy, power and community are our grounding values and we bring this ethos to everything we do.

We bring a unique perspective unlike any other donor network: we hold love as a competitive advantage, we hold the highest common ground, we are cross-racial and proud, and bold & courageous in our actions.

The Network launched in March 2019 and is building our team.
