We are looking for Volunteer Development Officers, one for Mbeya campus and one for Dar es Salaam campus to assist the management in planning, coordinating and assuring the implementation of the strategies to develop the College, as well as soliciting contributions from funders.

1. Duties will be:

• To work with the College Director and the College Principal to design strategies for College development.
• To develop tailor-made courses suitable for meeting current work demand
  • To develop and manage a prospect list by identifying individuals, foundations, and corporations with donor capacity;
• To develop and coordinate re-engagement of prior funding sources;
• To develop grant proposals for foundations and corporations.

1. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Two to three year’s experience in grant writing for nonprofits;
• Good record of relationship-building and management with funders and donors;
• Ability to develop, manage and execute projects while accomplishing realistic financial objectives;
• Proficiency in grant writing and management.
