    Faith Deanna Johnson Foundation - Dreams of Faith, a 501c3 non profit organization with a mission to saving lives by providing awareness and early detection to women of all ages of ovarian cancer, including supporting research efforts and advocacy. Every 23 minutes a women is diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Over 80% will receive a late stage diagnosis that is often too late. Our goal is to end these dire statistics, through education, community events, health fairs, collaboration with medical professionals and advocacy.

    About Us

    The Dreams of Faith, was founded in 2023 and inspired by the loss of life of Faith Deanna Johnson, a rising journalist/media production professional at the age of 26 to this silent killer - ovarian cancer. Faith's dream was to support women diagnosed with this disease, raising awareness to end the dire statistics that takes so many women's lives early. The Faith Deanna Johnson Foundation has been advocating for awareness, screening, testing, education and support for all women. As of March 2024, our advocacy led to legislation being passed called the "Faith Deanna Johnson Act" that requires insurance coverage for screening in the state of Delaware. Our Awareness Campaign has taken us accross the state of Delaware, participating in health events, sponsoring health fairs/summits and Annual Ovarian Cancer Walks every September. Our new location will host support groups, education, early detection for this disease and overall health and wellness for ladies of all ages.
