Community Enrichment Fitness Network (CEFN)

The Community Enrichment Fitness Network (CEFN) is a nonprofit health and wellness organization dedicated to empowering individuals to make a permanent healthy lifestyle change through healthy eating and becoming more physically active. Since its inception in May 2007, CEFN endeavored to develop health and fitness programs aimed at reducing the obesity epidemic in the underserved and minority communities, specifically targeting older adults. The goal was to ward off chronic degenerative diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, congestive heart failure, cancer, arthritis, and other related diseases.
