Puerto Rico Washington DC Educational Alliance Foundation

Our mission is to strengthen educational opportunities and improve the quality of life of students, youth, and communities in Puerto Rico, Washington, D.C., and throughout the United States. We create bilingual educational programs, activities, and resources that empower young people to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. We seek to build meaningful connections and partnerships between Puerto Rico, Washington, D.C., and communities across the United States through education, culture, and community engagement. As our organization grows, we will expand our efforts to support communities through initiatives in the arts, disaster relief, food assistance, and other areas of community need. Through education, collaboration, and service, we strive to create lasting opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.

Puerto Rico Washington DC Educational Alliance Foundation (PRDCEDU) is a Washington, D.C.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity dedicated to expanding educational opportunities and creating pathways for students, youth, and families to thrive. We focus on developing educational programs, bilingual learning resources, technology and digital skills, enrichment activities, and community partnerships that help young people build confidence, discover new opportunities, and prepare for their future.

Our work is rooted in strengthening connections between Puerto Rico, Washington, D.C., and communities throughout the United States. We believe that every young person should have access to meaningful educational experiences, positive mentors, technology, cultural enrichment, and opportunities that encourage them to pursue their goals and make positive choices for their lives and communities.

As a growing organization, PRDCEDU is building partnerships with schools, nonprofits, foundations, community organizations, educators, businesses, and volunteers who share our commitment to education and youth development. We are currently focused on establishing strong educational programs and resources while building the volunteer and community network needed to expand our impact.

As our capacity grows, we plan to develop additional initiatives that address community needs, including arts and cultural programs, disaster relief, food assistance, and other forms of community support. Through collaboration, education, innovation, and service, PRDCEDU seeks to help create a stronger, healthier, and more prepared generation of young people and contribute to the long-term well-being of communities in Puerto Rico, Washington, D.C., and across the United States.
