Shepherd's House Childcare Ministries

Welcome to Shepherd’s House. Located in Mpigi, East Uganda, Shepherd’s House is an organization founded and directed by a man who sees the desperate need for responsible child advocates in his country and strives to go above and beyond the call of duty. Over fifty percent of the population in Uganda is made up of the country’s youth, and they need help. There are too many children who go to sleep hungry. Too many children who are unable to go to school because their parents cannot afford the school fees, uniforms, or even basic school materials. This is where Shepherd’s House comes in. Pastor Jimmy Mugisha uses every dollar he makes to do his part to help his fellow Ugandans. But it is nowhere near enough. For every child that is lucky enough to have the support and aid of Shepherd’s House, there are too many children who don’t have access to better way of living and education .
