    About Us

    FTL was founded November 2021. We were formed to help prepare the next generation for the future of work. This includes connecting young adults to mentors and career advice from working adults to help them make decisions on what kind of work they want to do and make smart investments in education to reach their work-life goals.

    We have already raised and distributed over $1M in volunteer hours, matching donations, non-profit giving and public donations to over 500 young adults launching their adult lives.

    Our goal is to raise $2M in 2024 to reach twice as many young adults.
