About Us
Windward, an independent college preparatory school, challenges each student to achieve academic excellence within a nurturing atmosphere. Located on the west side of Los Angeles, we have 550 students in grades 7-12. Our 85 faculty work closely with families and administrators to encourage each student to be responsible, caring, well-informed, ethical and prepared, thus promoting the fullest development of the individual.
