    The American Association of University Women advances equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, and research. AAUW values and seeks a diverse membership. There shall be no barriers to full participation in this organization on the basis of gender, race, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or class.

    Kirkland-Redmond AAUW is united in its support of equity, education, intellectual growth, individual worth and the development of opportunities for women and girls. Kirkland Redmond Branch offers monthly program meetings, annual career conferences for teens, awards an annual local scholarship and community grant , and sponsors various interest groups and activities for members.
