About Us
The Foster Grandparent Program of Tuscaloosa County, a 501(c) (3) organization, provides income eligible seniors, 55 years old or older, the opportunity to volunteer in Tuscaloosa City and County schools, Head Start, and non-profit faith-based day care centers. These program participants assist special needs or at-risk children on a one on one bases, or in small group settings.
