    FOEC is a social service agency that serves individuals with nutrition, transportation and socialization. We focus on our nutrition program to ensure our elderly stay healthy and active by providing home delivered and congregate meals. We also have activities at our local centers for provide socialization. Our transportation serves the community with rides to doctors appointments and personal needs.
