    The McLean Game Refuge is a non-profit wildlife sanctuary in north-central Connecticut. Our organization was established in 1932 through the will of the late George Mclean, a former governor and US Senator for Connecticut. Our mission is to protect and promote healthy wildlife and forest communities and to provide peaceful recreation in the forest.
