    Home of Refuge Outreach, Inc. (HORO) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization established in October 2011 by Melissa Galloway of Reidsville, North Carolina. The staff and volunteers at HORO have a commitment to promote the spiritual welfare of the homeless, and to identify and refer to our homeless friends as our "Neighbors."
