    SMASH provides access to free and low-cost medical, dental, and mental health services for working musicians in the Puget Sound area, plus support for navigating the complicated and frustrating healthcare system.

    About Us

    SMASH is a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping our Puget Sound area musicians healthy and thriving by providing access to primary care, dental services, mental health therapy, vision and hearing screening, and other wellness services for working musicians in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Mason, Kitsap, and Thurston counties.

    • Comprehensive dental care at local partner clinics

    • Mental health treatment

    • Hearing screening and protection

    • Vocal care

    • Annual doctor visits with associated lab work

    • Health insurance & service navigation

    SMASH is here to support musicians’ health. It is free to be a member. SMASH is not a health insurance provider, and if you have insurance, you can still qualify for SMASH services.
