The Philadelphia Committee To End Homelessness

About Us

Living up to our name: we pursue this mission with the patience and persistence it requires, our efforts shaped and informed by 20 years of daily, direct involvement with hundreds of Philadelphia's homeless citizens. As a one-of-a-kind organization, we can't work for anything less than answers that aid every homeless man, woman and child to have stable housing. Right now, we cannot solve their problems, but we give them a voice to the rest of the world. We cannot succeed alone. Ours is a citizen effort. We are a private, non-profit that neither asks for, nor receives public funding. We invite dedicated partners to press for solutions to end, not simply maintain homelessness. Check out our 2010 Plan to End Homelessness at www.pceh.org. Volunteers are always welcome for street outreach four evenings each week in all weather all year long.
