Sound Generations Volunteer Transportation Program

  • About Us

Sound Generations serves older adults, adults with disabilities in King County and those who care for them in King County. We provide them with meals, drive them to essential services, ease their loneliness and alleviate caregiver stress. We are committed to making people feel included and respected.

Transportation is one of the top challenges as we age. Our Volunteer Transportation Division of Sound Generations offers rides to medical, dental and other essential appointments (free or by donation),

Our 370 Volunteers logged 731,727 miles last year transporting senior or people with disabilities, low income populations or refugees, immigrants and people with limited proficiency in English.
