  • About Us

OUT for Work educates, prepares, and empowers LGBTQ & Ally undergraduate and graduate students for the transition from academia into the workplace. We do so in a variety of different ways including working directly with the students, doing on-campus workshops and webinars, certifying career centers on campus as being LGBTQ inclusive career centers, and hosting a national conference each year to bring LGBTQ & Ally college students from accross the country together with LGBTQ employees from corporations, companies, and organizations nation-wide.
