About Us
Charleston Hope enhances school culture and climate in high-poverty, Title 1 schools by building on the strengths of students, teachers, and leaders. We believe in working with, not for our partnered schools and creating programs and initiatives that supplement and compliment their strengths. Our current programs include an in-school academic mentoring program to help students excel in mathematics, an after-school girl’s empowerment program, and initiatives that directly support teachers in the classroom and through professional development.
