Alliance For Progress

Alliance For Progress (Alliance) was founded in 1975 to provide low-income/working families with affordable housing, particularly in the West Bronx-an area that was being abandoned not burned! Alliance constructed and/or rehabilitated over 500 units, operated and controlled various affiliates that provide security, job training, home aide assistance and fostered local business development.

At present, Alliance managse a small number of low-to-moderate income housing units with property management, advertisement, accounting, maintenance, security and tenant/ shareholder services.

Alliance was founded in and with a community in peril: abandoned and neglected. Our burning commitment for excellence leads us to persevere in our commitment to Renovate, Develop and Revitalize Neighborhoods: brick by brick, housing unit by housing unit, development by development!
