PROJECT&ORGANIZATION

WOMEN,YOUTH AND CHILDREN SUPPORT (WOEYCHISU)

currently we have 40 kids and 25 women, aim on help the orphanage kids of 1.5-6 years old as a nursery school and day caring,youth and women with the lowest per capital income earners.

OUR MISION

-To empower women through providing entrepreneurship education,canceling women who have left by their men without any support.

-To empower children through education,talents through musocs,footbal and arts.

FOUNDER EXPERIENCE

-I have experience of community life and charity activities for about 3 years in different organisation.

We have the good area for our staffs,kids and other external people/visitors who are warmly always welcome into our community project.

ORGANIZATION TEAM WORK.

Our project conduct about six Department;-

1.Team leader & Organised of the project

-He is the one conduct the all time table,activities,projects proposal of the organization.

2.General secretary

-The one conducting,supervising,collecting the data and all project activities to the staffs of the project.

3.Accountant

-The one supervising and control all financial activities of the organization.

4.Team Researcher & surveyor

-All proposals conducted must be researched and surveyed by the team leader before taking into next and seriously supervision.

5.Teachers

-We have about 40 kids currently, and our vision is to have more kids as day caring and nursery school, so our best teachers is their responsibility to teach and supervise them.

6.Care takers & cleanness team

-Day caring takers,meals preparing and environments supervising.

EXPERIENCE

Through traveling i experience different cultures,ways of living,the way kids suffer via education,explore new environment,the way and new ethical and behavior of the rural community.

I have the great experience with charity works,i work through different area here in my country and outside the country,(eastern Africa Tanzania,Kenya & Uganda), Here in Tanzania i worked at MWANZA,DAR ES SALAAM,KIGOMA,TANGA AND MANYARA),i have worked as administrative supervisors,teacher and also as a community project supervisor..so i have the great experience about the charity work,after visiting outside the country at rural entire areas and face problem facing the community,this is why i decided to open the center to help the special group.

INSPIRING

The life of special group that is women,youth and children inspired me a lot to work on with their problem since i believe education is the only way to avoid poverty and overcome economic problem in life.

PURPOSE & VISION

My great intention one day to have the big school to help on the kids and the youth,the center to help women with entrepreneurship so as the can overcome poverty.
