Our mission is to provide employment opportunities that are equitable and enriching, positioning justice involved people as visible community leaders. We firmly believe in inclusion, empowerment, and transformation, offering people opportunities to build social and financial capital, in addition to cultivating a culture of acceptance and authenticity.
About Us
At Workforce Foundation, we work to position people exiting incarceration into satisfying employment opportunities that match their job skills. Of clients placed, 88% have maintained gainful employment. We believe that a necessary step toward reducing recidivism is securing employment and building financial security. We provide resume help, mentoring, employment curriculum, community outreach, and community education to employers regarding fair hiring practices.
