Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) was founded in 1996. We are a faith-based organization committed to loving our neighbors through long-term community development in Raleigh.

For three decades, N2N has remained deeply place-based, focusing on families and neighborhoods rather than short-term programs or quick fixes. Over the years, our work has included youth programs, ministries, housing efforts, and employment opportunities.

In recent years, we have clarified and focused our work around three connected pathways that support long-term stability for families:

Education — supporting children and youth through learning and mentorship

Employment — creating real jobs with real expectations through Neighbor Enterprises

Housing — working toward stable, affordable housing options

Together, these pathways shape our mission.
