United way of Charlotte County is mobilizing the power of our community to break the cycle of poverty. A community where all citizens achieve their potential through education, financial stability, and healthy lives. We value integrity, Accountability, Partnership, Compassion, Excellence. Our VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistant) program is serving the public, anyone who is making $66,000 or less. We are seeking volunteers to help prepare taxes for our VITA program. Our volunteers will be IRS Tax Certified before they will help our community by preparing taxes for those who qualify.
