University Settlement Beacon Program

Services at the Beacon include a complete after-school program for elementary school children, tutoring and homework help, art therapy; as well as a comprehensive teen program which provides college preparation and counseling, leadership development, creative arts classes and workshops, organized athletics, English classes for new immigrants, special events and workshops, and a summer day camp for elementary and middle school students. The Beacon also provides day programs for children during the Winter, Mid-Winter, and Spring Recesses. All services at the Beacon are completely FREE of charge.
