About Us
Capitol Hill Cooperative Preschool, in existence for 60 years, is affiliated with Seattle Central Community College as a parent-directed lab school. Parents, together with the teachers, participate in the development of school philosophy, policies and curricula.
We have a strong commitment to maintaining an antibias environment which encourages comfort with all races, cultures, attitudes and lifestyles. Parents work at school as assistant teachers in support of this goal; actively manage recruitment, enrollment and scholarship funding.
