YouthForce – the youth career development program of Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, provides underserved teens with unique paid career internships, college and career readiness, and the teamwork, leadership and life skills they need to realize their full potential and professional goals.

Our vision is that all young people have the opportunity to apply their skills, talents, and interests in real world jobs that provide direction for today, plans for tomorrow, and support for a successful future.
