    Future Skills Institute (FSI) provides young adults aged 16-24 with community-based career and education counseling services, job readiness and job placement assistance. FSI's goal is to help young adults obtain the 21st century skills needed to secure jobs that provide self-sustaining wages, particularly targeting high growth areas of the labor market. FSI is an initiative of the Metro South-West Regional Employment Board.
