  • About Us

The Hispanic Business Initiative Fund (HBIF), a non-profit 501c3 organization, was first established in 1991 in Tampa and in 1995 in Orlando, Florida. In July 2008, the board of directors for both entities decided to merge and become one entity for the state with the new name of HBIF of Florida, Inc. The organization provides bilingual technical assistance to the Hispanic business community throughout the state.

HBIF provides Hispanic businesses with a variety of management training programs and services not currently available due to cultural and language barriers. The implementation of this initiative enhances opportunities for Hispanic businesses by providing them with the necessary tools to build successful enterprises.
