  • About Us

Wisconsin Farmers Union (WFU) is a member-driven organization committed to enhancing the quality of life for family farmers, rural communities and all people through educational opportunities, cooperative endeavors and civic engagement. Farmers Union Camps are held at WFU Kamp Kenwood, which was built by the organization in the late 1940s to provide education in an environmental context and deliver programs blending cooperative philosophy, civic engagement, leadership development, and social justice awareness to rural and urban kids statewide and beyond. WFU’s camp and youth programs are supported in part by the WFU Foundation, whose projects and programs foster family farming, rural life and education on the important role of cooperatives and agriculture in society.
