HOPE CIRCLE INC

Hope Circle is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), their caregivers, and the broader community. In partnership with Life Integrated Services-a community-based adult day program-we provide compassionate, person-centered services that promote independence, creativity, and social inclusion.

Founded with the belief that everyone deserves dignity, purpose, and connection, our programs focus on life skills development, arts and crafts, community integration, communication support, and personalized goal achievement. Life Integrated Services currently supports adults with IDD through a combination of structured activities, vocational preparation, and recreational experiences throughout Elk Grove and surrounding areas.

Our achievements include launching a fully community-based day program, offering individualized behavior support, building strong partnerships with families and regional centers, and establishing a participant advisory committee that ensures every voice is heard. We continue to grow with the help of volunteers, donors, and community advocates who believe in inclusion, empowerment, and joy.
