Healthy Families New York Baby Steps Home Visiting Program

BABY STEPS is a voluntary, primary prevention home visiting program that provides intensive home visiting services to new and expectant parents and their families who reside in Central Harlem.It is a Healthy Families America (HFA) program funded by New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). The goal of this program is to prevent child abuse and neglect through the promotion of child health and development, positive parent-child interaction and family self-sufficiency.
