WiBF (Women in Business & Finance)

We are the community of under35 women & men who talk about career, entrepreneurship and finance.

Through mentoring, training and networking, we provide our associates with the tools for their professional growth.

Our students: They are present in 22 universities in Italy and 10 in Europe and come from the faculties of Economics, Law, Engineering, Philosophy, Statistics, Letters. 80% had at least one experience abroad and almost all had at least one internship before graduation.

Our young professionals: They work in more than 50 companies in the fields of Consulting, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, ESG and Sustainability, PA and Third Sector, Private Equity, Digital and IT, Media and Communication, Logistics, Natural Resources and Energy.

Our Partners: We collaborate with companies, universities, non-profit organizations and institutions, key players in the process of achieving gender equality in the workplace and social.
