  • Mission

The Thirst Project is a non-profit organization that exists to raise awareness of and bring solutions to the clean water crisis through Education Outreach Programs that educate, equip and empower individuals to explore the human journey and take action in local projects that create radical and sustainable impact globally, and champion hope and respect for the positive values of life.

    About Us

748 million people on our planet do not have access to safe, clean drinking water. (That's one in every 9 of us.) Every 21 seconds a child below the age of 5 dies of a water-related disease. The Thirst Project is a non-profit organization committed to ending the clean water crisis. Leading our initiatives with a powerful Education Outreach program, we speak in schools and facilitate on-campus events that create tactile experiences to raise awareness and educate students about the clean water crisis and give strategic calls to action to equip students to make a difference. Once a school participates in a program, they are paired with fundraising initiatives to raise resources that The Thirst Project then uses to build freshwater wells, implement sanitization and hygiene in developing nations and impoverished communities.
