Quiet Waters Outreach

Quiet Waters Outreach (QWO) is dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and caregivers by providing services to restore their spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental health.

QWO operates our Day Programs and Oregon’s only bed and breakfast out of our two homes, located in Tigard & Hillsboro. We invite our guests (whom we refer to) to enjoy a variety of fun community outings that encourage inclusivity and help build valuable skills. We’re proud to support the primary caregivers of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing them with much-needed relief from daily caregiving responsibilities. Alongside our activities, we also offer a welcoming bible study group specifically for those with IDD, helping everyone feel included and supported.
