VillageCore is an intergenerational resource center dedicated to building meaningful connections between generations for mutual learning, innovation, and impact. We bring together the entrepreneurial energy and tech fluency of younger generations with the wisdom, experience, and lived knowledge of retirees to create a powerful ecosystem of collaboration.

At our core, we believe that age should never be a barrier to opportunity, learning, or contribution. Our mission is to empower individuals across generations to learn from one another, adapt to a rapidly evolving world, and co-create solutions that improve quality of life, especially in the aging space.

We serve a diverse community that includes retirees, students, caregivers, startups, and organizations focused on aging, workforce development, and technology. Through our programs, we provide hands-on learning experiences, mentorship opportunities, and real-world project collaboration.

Our flagship initiatives include:

• InterGen Innovators, a 6-week program where students and retirees learn AI and emerging technologies together, collaborate on real-world challenges, and gain pathways to internships and workforce opportunities
• Invention Lab, a testbed for AgeTech startups to validate their solutions with real users, gather insights, and refine products that support aging in place
• Caregiving Resources, including a companion app and curated content that supports individuals navigating the caregiving journey
