The University of Guelph is one of the most research-intensive universities in Canada and is internationally renowned for its broad spectrum of research.

Approximately twelve percent of the more than 17,000 students enrolled at the University are graduate students who are drawn to the constantly growing and innovative programs offered at Guelph. University of Guelph is launching a new, intensive MA (Leadership). We believe that leadership is much more. Through study, self-reflection, interaction and practice – leadership knowledge and skills can be acquired and acted upon. This new graduate level distance program is designed to make you a better leader.

The MA (Leadership) allows participants to enhance their leadership potential without having to interrupt their lives and careers. Aside from three brief residential stays on the University of Guelph campus, the program is conducted in an innovative and interactive online learning environment.

This offering has an annual start date in June only and is especially convenient for working professionals who are interested in the flexibility of being able to continue to work while at the same time advance in their academic standing.

The University of Guelph is home to the Centre for Studies in Leadership, whose mandate is to promote research on leadership issues relevant to the public, private and not for profit sectors and develop educational leadership programs.
