  • About Us

Lucuma Films produces and distributes documentaries about Latin American and Latino stories that build bridges between cultures. Our films have been shown on PBS, at film festivals, and universities worldwide. We also consult with other producers on fundraising, marketing and distribution. Lucuma Films was founded in 2007 by Mitch Teplitsky, former marketing director at the Film Society of Lincoln Center. Our projects are fiscally-sponsored by UnionDocs, a Brooklyn-based non-profit organization.PROJECTS:Soy Andina New American GirlsBronx LlaqtamantaSoy Andina-II: The Return
