    Working In Neighborhoods is a 39-year-old, grassroots, non-profit organization located in Cincinnati's Mill Valley. Since 1978, WIN has worked to help stabilize Cincinnati's low-income neighborhoods by training community leaders, promoting home-ownership and educating residents about reducing their energy usage. WIN is dedicated to the principle that neighborhood residents know what is best for their communities.
