Joliet Jewish Congregation is a progressive, participatory and inclusive synagogue serving orthodox, conservativwe and reform constituents with the southwest suburban Chicagoland area. Our mission is to maintain a synagogue for the purpose of worship in accordance with the best patterns of both tradiitonal and liberal Judaism and celebrate as a community, Jewish holidays and life cycle events. We also stirve to impart to children and adults, a thorough knowledge of both past and contemporary Jewish life through education and Torah study and to apply the social values of the Jewish ethic to the larger areas of communal and national affairs.
